Loan volume uses the full average loan amount. Compensation caps apply separately to each modeled loan. “Tier” describes recruiting distance; it does not change your origination rate.

Revenue share is a separate calculation.

This page estimates compensation for loans you originate. Network revenue share uses the same $500,000 loan cap for agents and LOs, with its own eligibility and tier unlocks. It is not added to these results.

Compensation assumptions and limits

Gross LO compensation per new loan = 1.5% × the lesser of average loan amount or $900,000 (maximum $13,500). Subtract either a $500 BDM service payment or a RELO payment of 0.50% × the lesser of average loan amount or $500,000 (maximum $2,500).

New loans per agent = buyer-side deals × share closing with you. Under BDM, only the first 10 eligible loans per agent before licensing are included; additional loans are excluded, rather than treated as having no BDM cost. Each agent is assumed to start with no previous BDM loans. RELO requires applicable licensing and approved participation.

All downstream loan production shown assumes that you personally originate the entered share. Recruiting a person alone does not entitle you to origination compensation on that person’s loans. These projections do not apply revenue-share unlock thresholds to origination income.

Last year’s baseline is modeled at 1.5% with the $900,000 cap, not verified historical earnings. It excludes prior partner deductions. Added production is assumed incremental, with no overlap with last year’s baseline. Brokerage or branch charges, taxes, additional qualification requirements, attrition, timing, and capacity constraints are not modeled.
