Your seven-tier breakdown

Only unlocked tiers contribute to your income.

1 personal recruit opens tiers 1–3. Tier 4: 5 recruits · Tier 5: 10 · Tier 6: 15 · Tier 7: 20.

People and closings are modeled averages. Payouts use 3.5, 4, 2.5, 1.5, 1, 2.5, and 5 basis points by tier.

How the revenue-share estimate works

Tier 1 is your personal recruits. Each later tier equals the preceding tier multiplied by your “each person recruits” assumption. Annual closings combine the agent and loan-officer production assumptions using your chosen mix.

Annual tier income = modeled people × average annual closings × capped average loan amount × tier basis points ÷ 10,000. Locked tiers earn $0. The main table shows the fully developed network. The separate income-goal plan calculates the minimum personal recruits needed, builds paying tiers in order, and stops when the target is reached. Its final tier can be partially built. All included people are assumed to produce for a full year.

The goal calculation searches for the smallest whole personal-recruit count that can reach the target within the selected depth, including tier unlocks, then shows the staged downline for that count. It does not overwrite your main inputs. Fractional recruiting averages and the agent/LO mix remain modeled averages; whole-person rounding in the final tier can put income slightly above the goal.

Income is illustrative, before taxes or expenses, and excludes your own loan production. No recruiting timetable, attrition, or additional qualification rules are modeled. Actual eligibility and payments depend on the applicable program terms.
