What the additional income means

Eligibility, limits, and calculation details

BDM: $500 for each eligible closed loan, capped at the first 10 eligible loans before licensing. The illustration assumes the participant starts with no prior BDM loans. A BDM performs required permitted services under the approved program; this is not payment solely for a referral.

RELO: 0.50% × the lesser of actual average loan amount or $500,000, for each eligible loan. Required mortgage licensing, sponsorship, services, disclosures, and state eligibility must be satisfied. Neither path guarantees that past transactions would have qualified.

Marketing budget = selected program income × reinvestment percentage. Additional expected closings = budget ÷ your cost per closed client. In lead-cost mode, cost per closed client = cost per lead ÷ (closing percentage / 100). The default 3% is the midpoint of Eric’s reported 2–4% range; it is not a promised result. Added real estate commission = expected closings × average sales price × entered commission percentage. The illustration uses averages, which may include fractional closings. No second round of mortgage income or marketing is assumed.

Incremental income after this marketing spend = selected program income − reinvestment budget + added real estate commission. Brokerage splits, other business expenses, and taxes are excluded. Past production and marketing spending do not guarantee future transactions.
